Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Role Overview

The Ministry invites applications from unemployed graduate engineers for engagement under its Capacity Building and On-Site Training Programme. Participants will be attached to contractors handling Federal Ministry of Works projects within or near their local government areas.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be Nigerian citizens aged 18 to 35 years

  • Possess a BSc, BEng, BA, or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

  • Be unemployed at the time of application

  • Have NYSC completion, exemption, or exclusion certificate

  • Be willing to work within project locations nationwide

  • Demonstrate basic computer literacy

  • Show commitment to structured field training
