About the AFRIKA KOMMT! Fellowship
AFRIKA KOMMT! is a prestigious initiative that brings together talented African professionals and leading German organisations.
Selected fellows will:

The programme is designed to support career growth and leadership development.
Special Fellowship Positions (Bosch)
For the 2026/2028 cycle, three fellowship positions have been reopened in partnership with Bosch.
These roles are open specifically to candidates from:
- Morocco
- South Africa
- Egypt
Available positions include:
- Product Specialist (African Mobility Aftermarket Team)
- Sales and Marketing Specialist (Industrial Boilers)
- Technical Market Access Fellow
Eligibility Requirements
To apply, candidates must:
- Be a citizen or resident of Morocco, South Africa, or Egypt
- Have a strong background in Engineering or Business
- Possess strong English language skills
- Have basic knowledge of French (optional but an advantage)
Applicants are also expected to meet the specific requirements of their chosen fellowship profile.

- Programme starts: November 2026
- Duration: Approximately one year
