About the Graduate Trainee Program

The Eunisell Graduate Trainee Program is a two-year structured development programme aimed at transforming fresh graduates into independent professionals within the organization.

At the end of the traineeship, participants are expected to have acquired sufficient practical and technical experience to effectively perform assigned job functions and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will work under the supervision of experienced Quality Control and QHSE professionals and will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct quality control inspections and tests on products and services

• Identify defects or deviations from established quality standards

• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformances

• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures

• Communicate quality findings to production teams and management

• Participate in problem-solving activities to prevent quality issues

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and relevant government regulations

• Investigate quality complaints and work with production teams to correct deficiencies

• Ensure compliance of all incoming and outgoing materials and products

• Conduct process and base audits

• Verify accuracy of labels, product information, and manufacturing data

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field

• Minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1)

• 0–2 years experience in quality assurance, quality control, or HSE

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify minor defects

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Familiarity with quality control tools such as SPC, Six Sigma, or related methodologies
