As soon as your payment goes through you are taken to your download page, and the same link is emailed to you. If it does not show up in your inbox, check your spam folder.
Every material is a PDF, so you can open it on a phone, tablet or computer.
No. You can check out as a guest with just your name, email and phone number. If you tick the option to create an account at checkout, your orders and downloads are saved for you.
Yes. Use the link in your email, open My account and go to Downloads, or use Track order with your order number and email. Each download link stays active for the period and number of downloads shown on your order page.
If nothing has arrived within 5 minutes, contact support with your payment details and we will sort it out immediately.
Payments are handled by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
