Job Description

The Customer Service Officer will attend to walk-in clients professionally, ensuring excellent service delivery, customer satisfaction, and timely resolution of enquiries and complaints.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling client enquiries, pension payment applications, and complaints

  • Escalating Material Difficult and Unusual (MDU) issues when necessary

  • Providing timely and accurate feedback to management

  • Educating clients on pension products and services

  • Maintaining high ethical and integrity standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a first degree in Arts, Social Sciences, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience

  • Experience in customer service or service delivery is an added advantage
