About the LEAP Graduate Trainee Program

The Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program (LEAP) is Arnergy’s strategic talent development initiative. It combines classroom instruction with practical rotations across key business areas.

The 2026 LEAP Program will run under a unified pathway in Sales & Solution Sales. Participants will receive training in commercial skills, client engagement, solution selling, and industry best practices.

This program is suited for young graduates who want to launch a career in sales, energy solutions, and commercial functions within a fast growing energy company.

Eligibility and Requirements

To be considered for the 2026 LEAP Graduate Trainee Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Degree in any discipline

• Experience: 0 to 3 years post-NYSC

• Minimum Grade: First Class or Second Class Upper Division

• Age: Between 20 and 27 years

• Desirable Skill: Multilingual proficiency (advantageous but not mandatory)
