Eligibility Requirements for Aradel Graduate Trainee Programme
To qualify for the program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, OR
- Higher National Diploma (HND) with Upper Credit.
- Accepted fields of study include:
- Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Civil, Process, Chemical, Structural, Geology, Computer Science, and other related STEM disciplines.
- Law, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Management Sciences.
NYSC Completion
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program and possess a valid certificate or exemption letter.
Experience Level
- Applicants must have no more than 3 years post-graduation experience at the time of application.
Required Skills and Competencies
Successful candidates should possess the following skills:
- Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
