Eligibility Requirements for Aradel Graduate Trainee Programme

To qualify for the program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, OR
  • Higher National Diploma (HND) with Upper Credit.
  • Accepted fields of study include:
    • Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Civil, Process, Chemical, Structural, Geology, Computer Science, and other related STEM disciplines.
    • Law, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Management Sciences.

NYSC Completion

  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program and possess a valid certificate or exemption letter.

Experience Level

  • Applicants must have no more than 3 years post-graduation experience at the time of application.
